Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Peptide Tracker mobile application (the "App") operated by Öner Apps ("we," "our," or "us").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Peptide Tracker is a personal tracking and calculator tool designed to help users record and organize peptide-related information. The App provides:

• Dose logging to record peptide doses you have taken or skipped, with optional notes
• Recurring dose schedules with local reminder notifications
• A dose history so you can review your past entries
• Dosage and reconstitution calculations based on your inputs
• A reference library of peptide information

The App is a self-tracking and record-keeping tool only. It does not administer doses, provide medical monitoring, or replace any professional medical service. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device and may not be delivered if notifications are disabled, your device is off, or for other technical reasons; you should not rely on the App as your only means of remembering or managing any health-related activity.

No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of information

User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Verify all calculations independently before any use
• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not rely solely on the App for any medical or health-related decisions
• Be at least 13 years of age

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ÖNER APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the App
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in calculations or content
• Any personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your device or data

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Öner Apps and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Öner Apps and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without permission
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice
• Update these Terms at any time
• Change features or functionality of the App

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
