End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Öner Apps ("Licensor") for the Peptide Tracker mobile application (the "Application"). By installing or using the Application, you agree to this EULA.

1. License Grant

Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and this EULA.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or sell the Application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application except to the extent permitted by law
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use the Application in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

3. Ownership

The Application is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all intellectual property rights.

4. Your Content and Data

The dose logs, schedules, reminders, calculations, and other entries you create are stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for backing up your device. Licensor does not access, store, or control this data.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party analytics (Firebase Analytics by Google) that collect anonymous usage data, governed by their own terms. Licensor is not responsible for third-party services.

6. Not Medical Advice

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED FOR EDUCATIONAL, INFORMATIONAL, AND PERSONAL RECORD-KEEPING PURPOSES ONLY. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Application does not administer doses or provide medical monitoring. Reminders are scheduled locally and may not be delivered for technical reasons; do not rely on the Application as your only means of managing any health-related activity. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any peptide or medication.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, including the accuracy or reliability of any calculation, reminder, or information.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING ANY MISSED REMINDER, INACCURATE CALCULATION, OR HEALTH-RELATED DECISION.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply. Upon termination, you must delete the Application.

10. Apple-Specific Terms

You acknowledge that this EULA is between you and Licensor only, not with Apple. Licensor (not Apple) is solely responsible for the Application and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
