These Terms govern your use of Ingredient Scanner (the "App"), provided by OneR Apps ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The App scans cosmetic and food labels and produces an informational risk breakdown using third-party AI. The output is general information, not medical advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the App only for personal, lawful purposes
Not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or interfere with the App
Not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful
Not rely on the App's outputs to make medical, dietary, or other professional decisions without consulting a qualified professional

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Premium features may require a paid subscription processed through Apple's In-App Purchase and RevenueCat
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
Manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy

5. Critical Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, or secure.

Ingredient analysis is generated by third-party AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Risk grades are general guidance, not guarantees of safety.

The App is NOT a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, condition, or allergy. Always confirm with a qualified professional and the product manufacturer's labeling.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of photos you capture. By submitting a photo for analysis, you grant us a limited license to transmit it to our AI provider for the sole purpose of returning a result to you. We do not use submitted photos for advertising or AI training.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneR Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
