Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using DualX ("the App") developed by Oner Apps ("we", "our", or "us").
By purchasing and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Purchase & License
DualX is available as a one-time purchase for $9.99. Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Your Content
All photos and videos you create using the App belong entirely to you. We claim no rights or ownership over your content. You are solely responsible for the content you capture and how you use it.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, source code, icons, and branding, is the property of Oner Apps and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy
- Modify
- Distribute
- Sell
- Reverse-engineer
any part of the App.
No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oner Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data
- Loss of recordings or content
- Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
