Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Bride AI: Wedding Dress Try-On mobile application (the "App") operated by Öner Apps ("we," "our," or "us").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Bride AI is a virtual wedding dress try-on application that uses artificial intelligence to show you how different wedding dresses would look on you. The App provides:

• AI-powered virtual dress try-on using your photos
• Access to a library of wedding dress styles
• Ability to save and share your favorite looks

Important Disclaimers

For Entertainment Purposes

• Results are computer-generated visualizations, not photographs
• Actual dress fit, color, and appearance may differ significantly
• Always try on actual dresses before making purchase decisions
• Results should not be used as the sole basis for wedding planning decisions

Photo Usage

By uploading photos to the App:

• You confirm you have the right to use the photos
• You grant us temporary permission to process photos for AI try-on
• You understand photos are deleted immediately after processing
• You agree not to upload photos of other people without permission

Accuracy of Results

While we strive to provide realistic visualizations:

• AI results are approximations and may contain imperfections
• Lighting, pose, and photo quality affect result accuracy
• Results depend on the quality of your uploaded photo
• We do not guarantee perfect or photorealistic results

No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy of AI-generated images
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Provide clear, well-lit photos for best results
• Only upload photos you have permission to use
• Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Not use the App to harass, harm, or impersonate others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the AI technology
• Be at least 13 years of age

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Upload photos of minors without parental consent
• Upload photos of other people without their permission
• Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization
• Share or distribute AI-generated images as authentic photographs
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or restrictions

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ÖNER APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any decisions made based on AI-generated visualizations
• Any loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the App
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or imperfections in AI results
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your photos

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its AI technology, features, and functionality, is owned by Öner Apps and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• AI-generated results are for your personal, non-commercial use only
• You retain ownership of your uploaded photos
• We retain all rights to the AI technology and dress library
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App

Subscription and Payments

The App may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions:

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Pricing and features may change with notice

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time
• Update these Terms at any time
• Change features, dress library, or AI models
• Limit usage or access to certain features

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
